Due to the inherent natural variations of the hickory sapling used to produce Old Hickory Furniture, there will be differences in wood textures, diameter and appearance from piece to piece. We make every reasonable effort to match the saplings used for each order to give a relatively uniform appearance, but pieces ordered at separate times MAY VARY substantially in texture and coloration.

All Materials and workmanship supplied by Old Hickory Furniture are unconditionally warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Measurments are considered approximate and may vary slightly due to hand-craftsmanship. While Old Hickory Furniture purchases only the finest quality rattan cane available, the inherent nature of rattan cane is such that some breakage may occur, especially in low-humidity locations, and specifically on the seats of items where the most tensions occurs. Old Hickory warrants rattan products for one year against EXCESSIVE breakage. Old Hickory offers no warranty on fabrics.

In the event of defects or problems, the item will be repaired or replaced to your satisfaction at no charge for materials or labor. Measurements are considered approximate and may vary slightly due to hand-craftsmanship. Pictures are required.
